The economics of Low Cost Airlines

Interesting breakdown of the distribution of the economics of a Low Cost Airline.
Interesting to note in terms of productivity the Low Cost carriers such as Easyjet & Ryanair handle substantially more passengers per employee than traditional carriers.
In addition operational on the ground turnaround times are dramatically reduced and increased seat density per aircraft and cheaper distribution cost all lead to increases in profit.
